Legal Notice and Website Terms
These terms govern use of the public SwitchToSwift website. A project is only commissioned under a separate proposal or service agreement accepted by both parties.
Provider identification
Provider trade name: SwitchToSwift. General contact: management@switchtoswift.dev. Telephone and other contact details are available in the website footer.
Before commercial launch, this notice must also state the provider’s exact legal name, tax or company number, geographical address and relevant public registration details. These facts are not present in the repository and must not be invented.
Website purpose and acceptable use
The website presents digital services, portfolio demonstrations and ways to contact SwitchToSwift. You must not interfere with security or availability, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully or submit data about another person without authority.
Quotes and service contracts
Prices, packages, timelines and availability shown on the website are informational and do not by themselves create a contract. A quote request is non-binding. Scope, deliverables, price, taxes, payment schedule, licences, acceptance, support, cancellation and applicable consumer rights are set out in the proposal or service agreement accepted for each project.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual property and portfolio material
Unless stated otherwise, the website, brand, original text, design and code are owned by or licensed to SwitchToSwift. Browsing and sharing links is permitted. Reproduction, resale or presentation as another party’s work requires prior permission. Third-party marks and demo content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Client work is only displayed under the permissions and portfolio terms agreed for that project. Demo projects are identified as demonstrations and must not be understood as endorsements by real clients.
Accuracy, availability and external links
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the website available, but may correct or update it. We are not responsible for unavoidable outages or external websites, and a link does not mean we endorse all external content.
Privacy
Personal data and browser storage are handled as described in the dedicated notices.
Portuguese law and consumer disputes
Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections of the consumer’s country. Consumers may consult the official list of Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked here.
